Connect to gatekeeper automatically

    To connect automatically to gnugk on startup or when connection is lost use follow steps:

    • In the global options dialog (menu: View -> Program options) check Auto Reconnect to GK After and set the value more than zero;
    • In the gatekeeper option dialog (menu: Gatekeepers -> Edit gatekeeper) check Connect to gnugk automatically;


Remove gatekeeper

    Remove gatekeeper command is available if currently selected gatekeeper is disconnected.
    Select gatekeeper, than disconnect and choose a command from menu Gatekeepers -> Remove gatekeeper...


Remove finished calls automatically

    Watching of calls becomes hard if they are too many in the list.
    To clear the finished calls automatically go to global options dialog (menu: View -> Program options), check Remove Finished Calls After and set the value more than zero;


Calculate ASR for given period

    Gnugk Control Center calculates two ASR values for each gatekeeper: Total ASR and ASR for given period.
    Calculation of total ASR is based on the total calls for entire running time of gnugk. Gnugk-cc gets success and total calls count directly from gnugk.
    ASR for given period is calculated every minute based on calls counted from gnugk-cc for last ASR calculation period. This ASR value is used when checking the condition for ASR alarm.
    You can set this period of time for each gatekeeper individually.
    To change this period of time go to Edit gatekeeper dialog and change the value ASR calculation period.


View Icon Legend

    Gnugk-cc uses many different icons for gatekeepers, endpoints and calls depend of their state.
    If you cannot understand what means given icon you can see this in Icon Legend Dialog (menu View -> Icon Legend):
