Add gatekeeper



    When you starts for first time the program, the "New gatekeeper" dialog appears. You must enter connection data for the gatekeeper.



    Please enter necessary values for connection:

    • Description - Text for identify gatekeeper.
    • Hostname / IP - IP address of GK.. It is preferable to enter IP address instead DNS hostname.
    • User and Password - If the gatekeeper require an identification of status port.
    • Port - Port for connection. Default is 7000.
    • Calls Sync Period - Set the period of synchronisation of active calls with gatekeeper. Best results are achieved if time is 1 s.
    • All Sync Period - Set the period for full synchronisation with gatekeeper. This operation purpose to remove all discrepancy, between the program and gatekeeper.
    • ASR Calculation Period - Gnugk-cc calculates ASR on basis of calls during the period.
    • Show gatekeeper's time - A time difference between the local computer and gatekeeper may be arise. With this option, you may chose displayed time If this option is selected, all events will be marked on gatekeeper's clock and vis versa.
    • Connect to gnugk automatically - If this box is checked, on startup the gnugk-cc will connect automatically to gatekeeper.

    After setting your parameters, click OK to save the configuration.




Connect/Disconnect to gatekeeper


    For establish connection, please select gatekeeper in left panel then choose from menu Gatekeepers -> Connect to… or press .
    If you want to disconnect from gnugk select from menu Gatekeepers -> Disconnect from… or press .
