What is GnuGk-CCGnuGk Control Center (gnugk-cc) is Graphical User Interface (GUI) for monitoring, management and configuration of GnuGK gatekeeper. Gnugk-cc connects with status port of gnugk and follows the RAS messages and the status of endpoints and calls. You receive an intuitive customer interface for operating with gnugk, without need to remembering and typing commands. With gnugk-cc you may change all configuration parameters without need to restart the gatekeeper. Also you can remove endpoints or disconnect calls. In addition gnugk-cc supports Virtual Queues on gnugk and enables building of call center, witch operates and serves a lot of calls for a single alias. Gnugk-cc may save the raw logs in a file, as well as an additional log of CDR copies in way helping the next processing (ex. Excel). Gnugk-cc can monitor several parameters of gnugk (like ASR, active calls count, parent gatekeeper, etc) and sends a notification e-mail if they are out of condition With gnugk-cc you may simultaneously connect and keep to more than one gatekeeper. Gnugk-cc is tested with gnugk version 2.0.8, 2.0.9 and 2.2.1.For correct and successful work with the program, the gnugk must be in routed mode. |
