License Agreement for GNUGK Control Center Software
Gnugk Control Center (GNUGK-CC) is not free software.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE
BY INSTALLING, COPYING,TRANSMITTING,DISTRIBUTING,STARTING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE
INCLUDING BINARY FILES, SOURCE CODE AND/OR THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION ("SOFTWARE")
FOR ANY PURPOSE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE
This product is owned by Stanimir Dobrev.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The Software is licensed, not sold.
This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computer.
You may use unregistered copy free at charge for an evaluation period of 30 days,
but with registration reminder on startup and session time limited to 15 minutes.
After evaluation period you must either register the product by means of purchasing
registration code or destroy all copies of the product from your computer.
The registered version does not show startup message and have not time limitation.
This License Agreement (including the product) is not transferable.
You may not lend, loan, lease, rent, sell or distribute the product
(or copies) in any form.
You may make a single copy for backup use only.
NO WARRANTIES:
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind or guarantee of
fitness for a particular purpose, either expressed or implied, all of which
are hereby explicitly disclaimed. The author is not liable for damages of any kind which occur by improper
use of the program by the user, or which were caused by properties of the
operating system under which the program runs.
